We provide Chinese tuition for K2 to Secondary 4 students at our Balmoral Plaza and Pandan Valley centres. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) when you visit chineseaplus.com or contact us.

- Details you give us when you enquire through our website form, WhatsApp, phone or at our centres: parent or guardian name, phone number, your child's level, and the learning needs you describe.

- To reply to your enquiry, arrange an assessment or trial lesson, and follow up on class arrangements.

4. Cookies and advertising measurement / Cookie 与广告效果衡量
Our website uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure whether visitors who arrive from our Google advertisements go on to contact us, for example by tapping our WhatsApp button. Google may set cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. Our site also stores your preferred language and the source of your visit in your browser so that your enquiry message can tell us where you found us.

We may also share limited enquiry or enrolment information with Google in a protected (hashed) form, solely to measure how many enrolments our advertisements bring. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your child's learning records for advertising.

Our teachers and staff who need it to serve you; service providers that help us run our website and communications (such as website hosting, WhatsApp and Google); and authorities where required by law. These providers may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection.

- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: deleted within 1 year after our last contact with you.
未报名的咨询：最后一次联系后 1 年内删除。 - Enrolled students: kept while the student studies with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or business purposes.
已报名学生：在读期间保存；结束后仅在法律、会计或业务所需期间保存。
7. Your choices and rights / 您的选择与权利
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue to arrange classes for you. We will respond within 30 days.
您可以要求查阅或更正您的个人资料，或撤回让我们使用资料的同意。撤回同意后，我们可能无法继续为您安排课程。我们会在 30 天内回复。
8. Children / 关于儿童
Our services are for children, but we communicate with and collect enquiry details from parents and guardians. We do not target advertisements at children.
