1. INTERPRETATION
1.1 Each defined term in this Refund Policy has the same meaning in the Subscription Agreement between the Seller and the Subscriber.
2. REFUNDS CONDITIONS
2.1 The Seller may, at its absolute discretion, decide whether it wants to consider any request for refunds on a strictly case-by-case basis.
2.2 Subject to Clause 2.3, the Subscriber may request a refund in the following circumstances:
A full refund of the Subscription Fees: within seven days from the date of the Subscription Agreement for the first purchase;
2.3 If any worksheet records are generated on the subscriber's account, no refunds can be requested by the subscriber. To avoid doubt, once any worksheet has been opened in the subscriber's history, no refund will be given whether or not the worksheet has been viewed, used, saved, or printed.
2.4 The Subscriber cannot request any partial refund for the Subscription for any cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt, any unused Chinese A+ credit in the Subscriber’s Account will not be refunded.
2.5 Only subscribers can make refund requests, and the Seller will not make any refund to any third party.
3. METHODS OF REFUND
3.1 The Seller may make the refunds through the same payment method the Subscriber used to pay for the Subscription. Any other refund means, such as a bank transfer to the Subscriber’s designated bank account, are to be agreed between the Seller and the Subscriber in writing.
3.2 In any event, the Subscriber shall solely bear any transfer fees incurred in making such refund, which the Seller may set off against or deduct from the sum to be refunded to the Subscriber.
3.3 The Seller will process a valid refund request within ten business days from the date of written approval of a refund request.
4. GENERAL
4.1 The Seller may amend this Refund Policy from time to time without giving prior notice to the Subscriber.
4.2 This Refund Policy is governed by and is to be construed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
